At Charleton Chips we will come and remove your trees or hedges and take away the waste with us to recycle. If you prefer to remove your own trees or hedges just give us a call and we will happy to collect the waste and take it back to our yard for recycling. All waste is collected by the trailer load and charged appropriately.

Bring your trees & hedges to our yard to be recycled

Alternatively you can bring your tree, hedges, Christmas trees or timber products along to our yard just outside of Chester le Street and we will recycle the products for you for a small charge.

Our tracked chipper processes all the timber waste in to wood chips to sell to the public or for the production of Biomass. We also can collect your trees or hedges for a small charge and dispose of them. Please call for details.

At Charleton Chips we source sustainable biomass, primarily life-expired timber, low-graded softwood, trees, hedges and Christmas trees for the generation of minimum-carbon power plants which is then utilized both in electricity generation. This process ensures that we recycle the maximum amounts possible of our waste to help the environment.
